HR also must understand too that more older workers holding off on retirement and working longer too. There's a need to dig deeper into the data to discover how factors like ageism impact the corporate culture of organizations, and why diversity is a positive thing in the technology industry.
Start-up technology firms can take cues from more established businesses by reaching out to seasoned engineers and offering them high-level positions where they can have an influence in the way cloud technology can be used.
