- The AAIM Employers' Association has announced in a press release a new leadership development program called Advanced Principles of Leadership, aimed at providing next-level training for experienced leaders who want to produce better results and build stronger teams.

The organization says the program will provide 12 weeks of peer interaction and performance development opportunities.
- AAIM is a 120-year old association of more than 1,600 employers throughout Missouri and Illinois that provides members with a suite of business tools including a full learning platform and human resource tools.
