- Danny Lessem, ELMO's CEO, told ZDNet that, "Techniworks supports the goal of growing ELMO and enables the company to provide essential learning options to strengthen the value of ELMO in the client market." ELMO also has strategic partnerships with the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
- ELMO's customers, who represent 2 million users in 500 companies in Australia and New Zealand, will now have access to an entire suite of pre-built e-learning modules that cover various HR regulation and compliance training.
Dive Insight:
In an ever-changing world, talent management companies like ELMO must provide access to a complete lineup of training, compliance, and educational training content. This can be costly and difficult to manage internally, so many organizations are looking to outside libraries of HR related content that they can purchase. Such acquisitions have been happening frequently lately, with the Microsoft purchase of LinkedIn and the subsequent launch of LinkedIn Learning, for example.
