2020 has been a tumultuous year for employers, to say the least. Between a national reckoning on race and a pandemic, employers have had to switch priorities on a dime — but upskilling has remained on the docket for many, thanks in part to the growing relevance of education partnerships.
Such partnerships have thrived even in the pandemic era across industries of all types, from tech to food service and beyond. They represent current skill needs, ranging from future-oriented programs focused on tech skills to programs addressing immediate needs in banking and manufacturing.
