Dive Insight
For HR professionals, continuous learning is a must. In a world of increasing legislation, shifting interpretations of the law in the courts, trends in hiring, learning, training and more, HR and L&D professionals are often challenged to keep pace.
With pressure on professionals to acquire certification, access to online courses and accreditation programs offer the opportunity to manage learning in their own timeline and at their own pace. Access to e-learning modules allow pros to access professional development as needed, whether it leads to certification or simply enhances their ability to work.
It's employers' job to encourage workers to develop their career skills and soft skills as much as possible, and ease-of-access is one such incentive. Consider not only the platforms on which employees will access training, but also the way they relate to training opportunities, be it through games or other mediums.
