- MGM Macau is expanding its exclusive PRIDE employee development programs to include 4 critical tracks for 111 local team members, in coordination with MGM Resorts International’s properties in Las Vegas, the Macau Daily Times reports.
- This is the third year of the program, designed to cross-train associates on best practices in the challenging field of hospitality. These additional training tracks are geared specifically to prepare 21 Leadership PRIDE associates for international roles.
- High-potential employees from the Macau and Cotai properties will embark on training in leadership, management, specialist, and supervisory tracks that will expose them to the challenges that they can expect early in their careers.
