- STG acquisitions informing Symphony Talent include SkillCheck, Findly, Hodes, HRLogix, Innovantage, QUEsocial and Breezy.
- Roopesh Nair, currently the President & CEO of Hodes, will serve as Symphony Talent's top executive.

In a press release, Nair explained that Symphony Talent's goal is to improve how employers source, hire, engage, and retain talent, while creating an interactive experience that keeps job seekers top-of-mind. Cloud-based Symphony Talent provides clients access to a suite of integrated cloud based solutions and targeted campaigns.
Solutions include ST Source, which covers the tools needed to create awareness and build interest among active and passive candidates; ST Nurture, which connects to interested candidates to ensure interest and funnel them into a quality hire, and ST Engage, which completes the cycle by "actively engaging the employees and converting them into advocates."
Nair said the firm also will offer "campaigns," capabilities focused on key initiatives that employers can deploy to drive targeted hiring. Available campaigns for the initial Symphony Talent release include seasonal hiring, hourly worker hiring, diversity hiring and more.
