TeamSense, the text-based HR tech that is revolutionizing human resources processes for the manufacturing industry, welcomes Adam St. Clair to the burgeoning team. Adding to the high-growth startup acquired by industrial conglomerate Fortive in its first year, St. Clair is charged with developing partnerships with industrial manufacturers. St. Clair will focus on bringing value to companies in every manufacturing NAICS code from warehousing, aeronautics, machinery and food processing to diagnostics, transportation, fabrication, automotive and beyond.
An industry insider who brings a deep understanding of the industrial environment and the hourly worker teams who animate these companies, St. Clair comes from the premier industrial test and measurement brand, Fluke. Starting his career on the factory floor, St. Clair built Fluke tools during the day and earned his business degree by attending night school at the University of Washington. His education unlocked opportunities to gain exposure and experience in operations, product development, marketing, and sales. Most recently, St. Clair was responsible for building and leading the #1 sales district across the Industrial Group for Fluke North America. During his 11-year career with Fluke, he consistently over-delivered driving growth with high value clients from Tesla to SpaceX, Boeing, Facebook, Google and Microsoft.
“Being that Fluke and TeamSense are both owned by Fortive, I have seen Adam in motion,” said Sheila Stafford, CEO, TeamSense. “His passion and attitude are infectious and his inside knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be important for our business development.”
“I’ve always had a passion for engaging people, listening, and finding ways to help solve problems alongside customers,” says St. Clair. “I was inspired to join TeamSense because Sheila is a dynamic leader who has continually motivated and inspired me; she pushes me to achieve things I didn’t know I was capable of. My initial vision to drive growth at TeamSense is simple; engage as many customers as possible, listen, and build partnerships where prospects priorities align with the TeamSense mission. I am excited about contributing to the company’s vision to empower hourly workers and their employers in the industrial world which I know so well.”
TeamSense is the leading app-free, text-based digital platform developed to connect hourly workers. Created by manufacturing veterans whose understanding of what keeps a factory running makes it the #1 choice for multinational employers from Hunter Douglas to Pella Windows. Based in Everett, Washington, TeamSense is wholly owned by Fortive, a leader in industrial technology.
