For the 4th year in a row, Bonusly ranks among the fastest growing private companies in America.
Bonusly, the leading employee engagement solution, today announced it has been ranked on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies annual list for the 4th year in a row. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses.
The ranking showcases how fast Bonusly’s employee recognition solution is adopted by leading companies across technology, healthcare, entertainment, hospitality, and other industries that aim at attracting and retaining talent in an ever-changing and challenging economy.
“At Bonusly we are proud to serve our customers who transform their organizations into highly engaged workplaces through peer-to-peer recognition, employee feedback, and meaningful rewards that create better connections within and across teams,” said Raphael Crawford-Marks, Bonusly founder and CEO. “Repeatedly qualifying for the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list demonstrates the relevance and importance of our vision and solution as businesses across the world seek to increase employee morale in uncertain times and be the employer of choice in an increasingly competitive market,” concluded Crawford-Marks.
Earlier this year, Bonusly was featured in Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, as the company excels in creating an exceptional workplace and company culture. Receiving recognition twice from Inc. Magazine in the last four months showcases how a company can be fast-growing when it’s focused on its most important asset: employees.

Methodology
Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings are calculated to four decimal places. The top 500 companies on the Inc. 5000 are featured in Inc. magazine’s September issue. The entire Inc. 5000 can be found at http://www.inc.com/inc5000
