Learnship’s professional writers dived into authoritative material, researching the current and future HR trends, to develop an intensive five-week course where learners focus on topics that matter to them, such as hybrid working, staff turnover, pay and benefits, and appraisals.

Each week, learners take on new indispensable vocabulary through self-paced digital modules and spend a full hour practicing authentic scenarios, such as job interviews or board meetings to discuss employment conditions, with a professional trainer until they become fluent. Everything happens online – which also means the trainers are recruited based on their expertise and field of competence only, regardless of their location.
