The Inclusion Learning Lab (TILL), a community learning platform focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through leadership education, announces the launch of its newest initiative – an online learning community offering professional development for DEI and Talent Leaders.
Leaders in the fields of diversity and inclusion (DEI) and talent management now have access to a unique online community to support their professional development. “Professional development beyond initial certifications should be a priority for individuals doing DEI work,” said Margaret Spence, Founder of the Inclusion Learning Lab. “We know that three-day or five-week certification programs do not prepare new DEI leaders for the role's day-to-day challenges and doesn't support experienced DEI leaders with their strategic professional development.” The Inclusion Learning Lab Community was explicitly developed to support and empower DEI leaders doing the daily work within their organization.
The Inclusion Learning Lab Community is an interactive space where members can connect with each other, learn from experts, exchange best practices, find resources, and develop professionally. This unique platform was created in response to overwhelming demand from both individuals and organizations seeking accessible and affordable professional development opportunities for their DEI & Talent Management leaders.
The Inclusion Learning Lab Community aims to reduce the turnover of DEI leaders by strengthening their strategic knowledge and supporting their ongoing professional development. The role of the DEI leader is siloed without an effective support system, this community offers ongoing support and guidance.
The Inclusion Learning Lab Community offers DEI leaders a safe space to share best practices, successful implementations, and resources. We aim to support the role, reduce the 70% turnover, and equip DEI leaders with the tools to successfully drive inclusion initiatives within their organizations.
The community offers SHRM, HRCI, ATD Recertification Credits, Five Capstone Strategic DEI Courses, ongoing cohort workshops, Micro-learning labs, training for ERG Leaders, roundtables, and an extensive research library.
The Five Capstone Cohort DEI Courses Includes:
- DEI Data Storytelling™ - Learn How to Transform Ineffective DEI Data Into Stories That Inspire Action. (Registrations Open Now)
- Managing DEI For Impact - DEI Leaders Immersive Cohort and Support Group
- The Power of Equity - Building Sustainable DEI Talent Strategies

Participants will have access to a community with expert-led content, interactive modules, peer-to-peer collaboration, as well as career growth opportunities.
