As President and COO, Keather will lead the charge in modernizing and expanding Omnia’s offerings, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices to deliver even greater value to clients.
Having joined the company three years ago, Keather has played an instrumental role in helping clients across various industries to make better hiring decisions and improve employee engagement. With a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for driving business growth, Keather has earned the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Before joining The Omnia Group, Keather held the Vice President of Worldwide Sales role in the Human Capital Practice of Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Prior to that, she spent over a decade with AchieveGlobal, now part of Korn Ferry, in various leadership roles across sales, professional services, and strategic alliances. Keather is actively involved in the local Tampa business community serving as the Advisory Team Chair for The Portico in downtown Tampa, and a member of the USF School of Marketing & Innovation Corporate Advisory Board. She is also passionate about helping tomorrow’s leaders find joy and success in work – through her dedication to mentoring university students and early career professionals.
