Unemployment Tracker, the award-winning software and full service unemployment claims management service, is thrilled to announce that it has been honored with the distinguished UI SIDES 2023 Outstanding Performance Award for its exceptional dedication to unemployment integrity for the fifth consecutive year. 

The award was presented by the UI SIDES (State Information Data Exchange System) at its annual UI SIDES Seminar in Indianapolis, Indiana. The award was given in recognition for their dedication to reducing fraud and promoting unemployment insurance (UI) integrity through their commitment to utilizing SIDES in processing UI benefit claims.

Following the award ceremony, NASWA President and CEO Scott B. Sanders was quoted, “Maintaining integrity within the UI system is essential. The role that these states, employers, and TPAs play cannot be understated. These agencies and employers have made it their mission to safeguard taxpayer dollars.”

What is UI SIDES? UI SIDES is a web-based system that allows the electronic transmission of information regarding UI claims between employers and state workforce agencies. The system reduces fraud and speed of responding to claims while promoting accuracy and security throughout the UI claim life cycle. SIDES has six components, known as exchanges, that makeup the full SIDES solution. Each exchange supports a specific step in the life cycle of an unemployment insurance claim. Unemployment Tracker is known for being the first TPA that is integrated into all six exchanges of SIDES. 

Since the beginning, Unemployment Tracker has been collaborating with the UI SIDES Team to simplify UI Claims Management.
